reported that the brain tends to associate beauty with good….
The project leaves me with several questions… Do attractive brands always have advantages over less attractive brands? Why does the brain view attractive as better? And what does that say about sales people … customers …. or business consultants… do some fare better because of looks…? What do you think?
This study used the beauty-check-scale BSI to investigate brands and consumers' brand perception ... as these perceptions related to their buying preferences. The study showed that consumers’ minds are trapped by simple and fickle conclusions…. People tend to act on their view that… "What is beautiful is also good” – A more detailed report with business implications will be published soon … so expect more furor on this one….
