4). When I begin tasks you can count on me to stick with it.
5). Beyond the busy details today I can tell you a clear dream I chase.
6). Most tasks I do that create stress ...are interspersed with leisure.

7). It's very rare that I’d lose sight of bigger plans I pursue in any day.
8). I often emulate specific success strategies from those I admire.
9). At any time, I could write my highest goal in a clear sentence.
10). People describe me as not easily distracted by others at work.

How'd you do...?

Focus # 4, 10. Yes means you are focused and often able to stay on track, to complete tasks, in spite of the distractions that tend to knock others off track.

Overview
# 3, 7. Yes means you can see the whole picture on most days, and are not pulled off in all directions by details, or specifics that detract a whole.

Endpoint
# 5, 9. Yes means you often visualize in clear details so that you see precisely what to expect at the end of each day,  week and  year.

Priorities
# 2, 6. Yes, means you often prioritize in ways that win you success because stress is held at bay in favor of the balance that priorities create.

Inspiration
# 1, 8- Yes means you are adding inspiration into most days and that inspiration acts like an impetus to move your targets forward.

The brain moves forward faster when you target, with an eye toward focus, overviews, endpoints, priorities and inspiration. How did you do? Are you getting the most from brain-friendly targets? In brain based learning and leading, you use more of your brain’s capabilities, when you list targets daily.

Count your yes answers to see how you rate overall:

10 X Yes = a highly focused, person
9  X Yes = a very focused, person with slight room for growth
8 X Yes = a  focused, person with 2 areas for improvement
7 X Yes = a less focused, person with some skills for focus
6 or below 6 X Yes = an unfocused, person in several areas of your day and you will want to look at those areas of the survey to work on, one at a time.
