Gather and organize facts concerning identified alternatives... and thoughtful solutions you'd likely never expect... will pop up from surprising places. Ask people who suggested alternatives to add a priority number beside solutions they’d go with… or scribble a question that comes to mind…or add a concern beside each fact -- to help you prioritize their usefulness for your solution.
Then bring together a team to look at all the facts gathered and to quickly fill in any gaps they may note in the list. For example:
