Exertia posted an interesting blog on how theory can become practice
In MITA brain based business practices we measure through rubrics… or through five specific criteria … highlighted and evaluated for each project. These criteria are the same for the person doing the project as for those assessing it… so the same expected outcome is visible to creators as to evaluators. See why the mind leaps into action for results? Depending on expected outcomes … rubric criteria for raising finances might include… for instance…a). expected dollar increases named; b). weekly gains compared with benchmarks displayed…c). department profitability comparisons charted…d). product costs and profits graphed…and, e). charitable offerings adjusted to reflect gains…
You may well want to add a score range beside each result so that you can create numeric descriptors which show where you were … where you are now … and where you’d like to be by the end of the month….

Thanks Ellen for the credit and for an interesting and practical rubric criteria for raising finances!
