Renewal is brain based, and one person can ripple it through workplace
1. Personal renewal is as much about passion and enthusiasm as it is about quality outcomes. Listen to today’s rhythms and awaken your own compositions for life closer to the cusp of linking what you do to what you love.
2. Personal renewal is about caring what others think and do and entering into many worlds beyond our own. It’s about speaking out and feeling heard and about listening to those around us and acting on ideas beyond our own.
3. Personal renewal is daily, and it comes to those who choose to think and grow and change within the ebb and flow of ordinary events. Neglect ongoing visions and we perish in the wake of fast moving ideas coming through. Embrace change and every moment adds another building stone for richer lives.
4. Personal renewal is about steady progress that results in growth. It’s like a river’s constant flow between eddies that refuse to move or change. Reject rigidity and you’ll choose movement toward discovery of a better way.
5. Personal renewal is about new branches grafted onto older roots in minds and souls. Value what we have and build new experiences onto established roots in symbiotic links. The old falls away in winter until spring’s new sun returns.
6. Personal renewal laughs at little things and at ourselves. Humor helps to write new destinies and releases helpful hormones in our brains. Imagine creative shapes, colors and sizes that compel growth toward a lighter way.
7. Personal renewal is about questioning people and events daily, from deep to deep, before we make decisions to move. It fires our brains and sparks curiosity and wonder. It looks for the best in others, and finds ethics in ourselves.
8. Personal renewal hands us daily metaphors through which to live faith and care, inside images that prosper plans for better ways. To renew we engage Multiple Intelligences, skip beyond disasters, empathize to learn from people’s capabilities, and bask in daily life that prospers us beyond oppressiive gripes.
9. Personal renewal is about stepping out past criticism and risks dancing into new insights for our call, even on a dreary day. Inner energy shifts to moving on in life rather than settling for hurts that came to us on any day.
10. Personal renewal questions how we perform at each day’s end, by asking, Where to from here? Answers spring up from within and keep us moving on.
Renewal brings brain based business growth ... and one person's action can ripple it....

Hi Ellen!
This was a phenomenal post and very in tune with what I'm going through lately. I love #8 :) I'm certainly learning how to "bask in the daily life" and focusing on the here and now vs worrying about the future...
