Nature Rewires the Brain for Diversity

Did you know that May 22 was International Day of Biological Diversity...? What a cool idea! Check out Gimster's thoughtful post and photographs and you'll be inspired plants.jpgas I was to see how  he to shows diversity at work in nature.  Did you know that one of your multiple intelligences... called naturalistic intelligence.... can actually rewire your brain for more diversity. I'm speaking of the kind that lived ... rather than merely spoken?
Here are a few tips to rewire brains for more diversity at your workplace:

1. Discuss nature in your show the problems and possibilities of more conservation that would help business....

2. Hold a contest for the healthiest and longest lasting unique plant to represent a part of one's culture that's worth preserving...

3. Demonstrate how nature and technology work together to benefit both and show what that teaches humans about joining diverse strengths at work...

Do you have any ideas that would allow themes in nature... to help people use brain based tactics to develop and live more diversity at work...? I'm talking about the kind of differences that make us all richer.... What do you think?

Hi Ellen

Thanks for the link and the comment you posted.

I'd like to offer a correction to what you've posted here. I am the author of the blog you referred to. Sabastian Schnieg is the theme designer of my blog.

Good to see that some businesses are becoming concerned about being brain based.

Thanks for stopping by and for the ideas that sparked this post Gimster! I've learned to love nature so much more once I discovered its central place in the brain. I also was shocked to see how little of my own naturalistic intelligence I was bringing to work! All the best in your endeavors -- I'll look forward to learning more at your site...
