1. Start your next staff meeting with an op-ed piece and ask people to look at and share how language either draws in or shuts out ideas on alternative sides...
2. Write a company memo or blog together with the team on a visible website and ask people to help word the memo in a way that will draw others in and show a diverse perspective.
3. List evidences observed that week for each belief the company holds about the value of genuine diversity. Post the results and offer an award to the department that displays evidence in action of most of the firms stated diversity values.
