Is Time Running Out on You...?

Good news - time is more in your control than you may think…. race for time.gif

H. Jackson Brown, Jr.,  a New York Times best seller suggests you prepare your mind for better time use. He warns:

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

Agree?

In reality ... you can rewire your brain for time management with far higher dividends …. How so?

One ideal mental practice is to speed up what you do… simply through attempting a sharper focus on your targeted outcome… Your brain will reboot daily to help you make better use of time … through time-saving strategies you try.

Start with tactics such as clocking yourself to beat your own best time… or focusing on one clear target and away from usual distractions such as background noise or cell phones ... or planning to complete key projects one day before their due date. Target to win by listing specific goals for the day, and then take time out daily - just for you. How so?

Relax ... exercise ... dine with a friend ... start a new hobby ... laugh ... listen to your favorite music ... pet the dog.

Have you noticed that the most successful people out there ... often have more on their plates than most ... with time to spare when you happen by for a chat? Does that describe you on a busy day?

Oh…by the way…once you free up a few extra minutes in your day – your enjoy a try at this 20 minute mental workout and you’ll likely agree that it’s good to make time for fun … especially brain buster fun… How could time work more in your favor today?
