The other day I was rushing to work at the same time a Canadian
goose was waddling her babes across my road to the pond… and the site made me wonder how that chicken ever makes it to the other side with so many people rushing by it. Another chicken site made me laugh till tears came…and inspired this blog….
Ok… a goose is not a chicken…but you get the picture….Regardless of what topic pops up ... perspectives differ and differences can enrich the results… From this chicken site which shows differences through a few laughs … about why the dumb chicken wanted to cross the road in the first place… to a goose who led her babes and refused to be intimidated by speeding cars… to a vision you need fresh ideas to attain… our brains wire richly and differently.
Business leaders like the Know More Media team I work with … who tend to value others’ viewpoints on key topics… tend to come up with new angles that expand a vision. They take risks that bring far more success to any business deals because in hearing alternative perspectives they also see diverse opportunities…. How do leaders you know get that chicken across the road … oops…I mean value other’s views to move forward?
By the way…thanks for comments you make at this site that help us all to help that dumb chicken to the other side of the road … before it gets crushed by speed demons who fail to see the whole picture …cause they look one way only…
What do you think…?
