spoke at the Rochester Chapter of American Marketing Association meeting a couple of days ago… and when I saw the report in Thursday’s Democrat and Chronicle … sandwiched in between CPI data stocks falling and Enron leaders going before a jury… I hoped Jet Blue might help us to turn business intelligence around for the sake of all the customers who fell off airlines' radar several years ago....
It was much the same as integrity seemed to fall from Enron's view… Thanks Kathy Sierra for the sparks of creativity and hope for the brain.... Maybe these two really can bring business back in a positive direction. What do you think...?
