Dr. Hallowell has a new book out called Crazy Busy that has some great tips on dealing with overwhelm. He shares my skepticism of the value of multi-tasking.
I think that almost anyone can benefit from tips written for ADD-ers, since the speed of modern life often makes us feel like we actually have ADD! A book I own and have used myself is ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life.
