Have you Noticed that Lasting Motivation Comes from Within but Changes Others? If you agree with Henry David Thoreau from
Below are several brain based tips for your how you can reboot others' brains...
a). Start with your own abilities and work within your limitations. List your abilities on one side of a paper and any limitations you see on the other side. Dare to think in bigger and better dimensions than weaknesses you list, and jot down one opportunity you’ll capitalize on today, rather than focus on failures. ![]()
b). Try changing your approach to a difficulty. When you give up on a difficult task, your mind stops trying to help you succeed. Instead, think about the results you want to achieve. See the end product you would like to attain, and your mind will actually guide you to higher outcomes, by building new neuron pathways for you.
c). Stay committed to projects, even when others lose interest…. Losers let go! Some people have a tendency to dart from one unfinished project to the next…look around for a better idea … and even leave people at work in the lurch…. Instead, be your own person… invite others to give their best and value differences that fill in talent to complete the work.
d). Refuse to allow setbacks to control you… Stick to your plans for success…. Rather that feel intimidated when others do well, instead congratulate them and mean it. When you face disappointments in your group, do more than take notice, take action… Fix key problems with those around you and you’ll move any team forward. Challenge others to fresh possibilities too, each time a group meets. Surprise and delight your team by an offering you bring to the group that uses one talent you tend to leave behind....
Would you agree that whenever you motivate you – others around you find motivation…?
