At the helm of your mental game? ![]()
Have you planned a successful upshot for your talents lately? Why not reboot your brain for targets and get the results you deserve? Have you ever saved effort and nailed winning results at the same time?
In a research study cited in Success Magazine, research asked Yale’s class of 1953 a number of questions that related to their specific targets. They discovered only 3 per cent of the Yale class listed their targets, with a plan to achieve them. Thirteen per cent had targets but failed to write them down. And 84 percent had no specific targets they could list for their lives.
Twenty years later, in 1973, researchers revisited the same class, and found stunning differences between those who listed targets and those who had none. The 13 percent who had targets that were not in writing earned twice as much as the 84 per cent who had no targets at all. Even more amazing, the 3 per cent with written targets earned on average, ten times as much as the other 97 percent of graduate combined!
Targets are central to MITA’s brain friendly practices for good reason. Where target listing includes new facts about your brain, and where practices reflect that integration, you will begin bust mental barriers and hit targets that successful people set.
Start with your beliefs about staying at the helm of your own mental game, and then create a specific plan toward one goal you’ve had in mind. Oh, by the way, don’t forget to show us where the new darts land….

Good design!
