I was especially impressed with Thomas J. Stanley’s best selling book, The Millionaire Mind, which among other things, inspires life as an adventure without stress. ![]()
Do you live the power of a stress–free mind? It amazes me how the most successful people I know live without tension, even on their busiest days? What do they know that would help the rest of us….? I am not sure of the complete answer but it’s one I am chasing down daily.
That’s because stress stalks and stomps on our minds like killers that ambush healthy humans in lonely parks at night. People who see the signs fight back first.
Those who suggest that stress works in their favor, on the other hand, or who tell you that they work best under pressure-- have never likely experienced the freedom of living a day without stress.
If you’ve discovered the power of a stress free mind, what tips would you offer a “stress cadet” at your workplace? What practical tactics could get a frazzled mind to dig down deeper and come up with solutions to stress? Any of your tips enhance your own mind at work today, or influence others in your circle?
Here’s how stress can stalk and stomp on you before you get a day off to a start….

Depression also cuts creativity, and blocks memory, regardless of fights against frumps because it literally rewires your noodle for loss. It’s victims tend to fear or dread their future, suffer mood disturbances from serotonin shortages, and dwell on failures. In the cycle down despair only deepens in this format of the mind, and with it learning loss results. What do you think?
